Borik Postiz Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Borik Postiz ("Borik Postiz," "we," or "the Service"), available at borikpostiz.xyz. By creating an account or using Borik Postiz, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service lets you connect social media and messaging accounts, create and schedule content, and view basic analytics for content published through it. Availability of individual platform integrations may change over time.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Connecting third-party platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (for example TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, or similar), you authorize the Service to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve, such as publishing content or reading analytics. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for actions taken by a third-party platform against your account there (such as suspension), including as a result of content you chose to publish.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of any third party.
• Violate the terms of service, community guidelines, or usage policies of any platform you connect through the Service.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk content, or attempt to manipulate engagement or analytics artificially.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. By using the Service to publish content, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit that content solely to deliver the functionality you request (for example, publishing it to a platform you connected).

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may be added, changed, or removed over time, including as a result of changes made by third-party platforms to their own APIs and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by a connected third-party platform.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
